The plain version
The locks on the internet were built for a world of ordinary computers. A different kind of computer is coming. Governments have already put dates on the calendar for replacing those locks. Most companies cannot list the locks they actually use.
We help you see the estate, rank it by how long each secret has to last, and move in an order a board can fund. That includes the locks sitting under AI systems, which most programs still skip.
Why we see it differently
In 2025 we filed two applications on quantum-style computation without quantum hardware, including integer factorization by discrete quantum Fourier analysis. We do not claim the locks are broken. We claim the useful question is not “when will a quantum computer exist” but “what can be done with the hardware that already does.” That is the clock we plan against, and it is shorter than the one on most migration roadmaps.

- Design a path that can change algorithms without rebuilding the company.
- Bring identity and keys into the same conversation. Most cryptography programs still treat them as separate rooms.
What this is not
We will not date the end of the world for you. We will not sell you a box. The useful clock is the earliest rule that binds you, plus the lifetime of the data you already hold. The technical names, post-quantum cryptography and the new standards, belong in the work. They do not belong in the first sentence you say to a board.
